Kalaoa Vacation Packages for 2026

We stayed in the Garden room and found it to be a little peace of paradise all on its own. The host was absolutely fabulous, he would come over in the morning and get the coffee going, gave us an itinerary of events going on for each day of the week. On Monday he hosted a bonfire bbq, with drinks, food, and entertainment. We felt very welcome here. One of the highlights beyond the awesome hot tub in the jungle was the outdoor shower, now I want one at my house. This will definitely be our Hawaii home for every trip to the big island. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better time staying there. Absolutely the best resort I’ve been to.

The property is good for people who love the nature and wild. The noise of the frogs is loud and if you can’t handle noise at night do not stay here. The shower was outside with no door and the bathrooms are also outside but you can’t flush you have to use dirt.

The Gold Experience was amazing. I felt blessed! It was the best vacation ever!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The ocean view with balcony was wonderful. There isn’t any walkable beach or ocean swimming at the resort, but the pool is good and It has good ocean views. Along side the pool are some barbecues and eating area. The kitchen was more then adequate and well supplied.
