“La limpieza de la habitacion pésima, tenia telarañas, entraban insectos por debajo de la puerta ... Lo peor el baño: ducha sin separación fisica del inodoro... Todo el lavabo lleno de agua cuando intentabas ducharte...Hotel con más estrellas de las que merece... Atención pésima de la recepcionista a la que le explicamos el problema... Solo se salva la atención de Evi nos hizo todo más fácil...”

“Wifi gratis pero no funcionó prácticamente nunca durante la estancia. La atención al cliente por parte del personal del hotel fue buena en general a excepción del personal de recepción que fue bastante decepcionante. Muy antipáticos. La comida del bar de la piscina y del restaurante muy buena. El desayuno completo y personal atento y eficaz. Piscina cómoda con servicio de toallas gratis eficaz. “Great to have a pool right outside our balcony. Entertainment staff were great for kids and adults. Kids enjoyed kids club. Bar staff and range of drinks was excellent although cups of 250mil for a beer meant you had to order 2 at a time! Food in restaurant was good but it was the same for every lunch and dinner (bar a couple of sauce changes) so got a bit repetitive and we ate out a few days. Hotel in a great location for other restaurants and bars. Water park was fantastic for kids and adults....

“The room was nice at first glance but because the jacuzzi is in the room, everything felt damp, the bed sheets felt damp all our clothes smelled musty in the morning, and the floors were wet and mirrors were all fogged up. It seems like a great and cool idea to have a jacuzzi right there, but it was pretty gross in the room because of it. ”

“Das Hotel möchte edel wirken, kann dies aber nicht umsetzen. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, aber so nass, dass die ganze Feuchtigkeit in Bettwäsche und Kleidung einzieht. Wir mussten teilweise um neue Bettdecken bitten, da diese wirklich kletschnass waren. Das Essen im Restaurant war okay, aber einfach gehalten. Das größte Ärgernis des Aufenthalts war, dass wir durch Zufall herausgefunden haben, dass versteckter Alkohol in den Speisen ist, ohne ausgeschildert zu sein. Einen Abend...
