“Personal muy amable ”

“The staff was impeccable, the room was lovely and peaceful, the food was phenomenal. I felt like a queen here. Gardens and onsen are top notch. Service was perfect. I cannot wait to return!!”

“Staff and service were amazing but my room was a little run down. Even though it was a non smoking room, it had a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke which was making me nauseous. “The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff was very kind and professional, the rooms were immaculate, and the food was delicious. I would come to Japan again just to stay at this hotel.”

“We had such a great time!!! This was our favorite stay of the whole trip! We will be back”

“Struttura bellissima e nuova. Personale gentilissimo”
