Das Quartier ist für eine Nacht okay, mehr aber nicht. Wir hatten schwere Koffer und das Haus hat keinen Lift bei einer engen und steilen Stiege!! Dem Badezimmer würde eine ordentliche Reinigung und Entkalkung mal guttun. In der Nacht war uns kalt (Ende März), es zieht bei den Fenstern rein! Das Einchecken/Auschecken ist sehr auf Sicherheit bedacht, funktioniert aber gut. Besonderes Plus ist die Nähe zur Chuo-Bahnstation.

一見、綺麗なのですが、壁下の巾木や洗濯機や冷蔵庫裏、ベット下とにかくホコリ（髪の毛）が目立っていました。 プロが清掃しているとは思えません。ホコリくらいは取って欲しいです。 また調理器具をもう少し増やして欲しいです。

ゴミ等の問題で施設の担当者と連絡が取り合えたので良かったと思います。 参考までに細かい点をあげると 各備え付け機器のフィルター関係の清掃、椅子のネジの緩み等があります。清掃の方では難しいので設備員を定期的に訪問する体制が必要と思います。 安価での宿泊ありがとうございました。

チェックインは事前にメールで手続き案内があり、発行されたQRコードを玄関でかざすだけで完了。チェックアウトもものの数十秒で終えられた。部屋は３人では広くはないが、清潔かつ設備も充実している。何より鹿児島中央駅から歩いて数分という好立地。鹿児島市に行った時にはまた利用させて頂きます。
