The staff were great and the room was clean, quiet, and large. I was very comfortable there. The breakfast is really not breakfast. The parking was great and the local to groceries and restaurants are excellent. I’ll be going back there when I head down for work.

The breakfast is very basic, but good for a grab and go type of breakfast. There is a McDonalds right next door if you need more. The room was clean and well taken care of. I would stay here again

The staff was amazing and the beds were comfortable! The rooms are a little dark and dated but it gave a real Juneau vibe. No fan in the bathroom was strange and made the room slightly unpleasant at times. No hot tub was a bummer and the breakfast included with your stay was just granola bars and coffee. So having McDonald’s next door was convenient.

I liked that its closer to the airport, and that there is a shuttle to the ferry. Otherwise the hotel is dark, the bathroom was dirty, nasty carpet, non working air conditioner. However, the staff is pleasant and helpful

For the price paid, I would have expected at least A/C. But overall I was very grateful for the cost of keeping a vehicle long term! The staff was amazing and very helpful! The room was clean and I was grateful for the fridge! Thank you!

Staff was always available and helpful. Too bulky pillows. Hotels should have three different thicknesses of pillows. My neck kinks with large bulky pillows. Noisy. It's right next to the highway.

The staff was great. We arrived late at night at the airport and our hotel pickup was great. Just called the hotel and they came and got us. The hotel is dated but clean and neat. Lobby staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was initially a disappointment because we were expecting more but the coffee was good and there were lots of energy bars, yogurt, and instant oatmeal packs so… no excuse to be hungry. The location is very close to the the city bus line which was easy to use… only one route so you can’t get lost. Also several stores very close by to pick up a cold beer and groceries or even takeout food.
