Was nice and clean and the desk man was very nice and inviting would stay again. Only thing was we had a room error but they were able to fix it and was offered a discount for the inconvenience, yet to receive it but was very appreciated.

The room did its job. Toilets flushed and beds were clean. The shower water pressure was great. It’s a simple very basic room. Smell was a little musty. Location is great if you’re looking to stay close to Main Street where most restaurants and shops are. All walking distance. Parking on site was also good but they do charge $10 to park on site.

It's a quaint and comfortable stay, not a luxury place at all but cute and clean. Shower pressure was amazing! And the staff super friendly and kind. Just in the heart of Julian, loved our stay and will be coming back!

4/10 Poor

Even though I didn't have high expectations for a one night stay where we were only going to sleep and leave the next morning, this place was a disappointment. Everything in the room is very old, the bed was not a queen, and it was unbearably hot with no ability to change the temperature. The tv did work but the service was so poor that no shows would actually play and the wifi was so slow it was unusable. The room was clean.

We were upset because we were not aware they would add ten dollars for parking and fifty dollars for our small dog. The room was unique and clean

The Julian Lodge is an amazing place to stay at. The gentleman at the front desk was a genuine pleasure to speak with, and made us feel welcomed the second we walked into the office. Check in was super simple, and they gave us the option between one or two keys for the room. The room itself (we stayed in the Deluxe King room) was very spacious yet super cozy at the same time. Everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge was provided, as well as a microwave and coffee which turns out was free! The bathroom came with some pretty good quality hair and body products as well as make-up removing wipes and even a citrus lotion. Overall, I would 100% recommend the Julian Lodge to anybody when they stay at Julian. Perfect for short or long stays alike!
