Amo me hospedar no Santa Rosa. Toda a equipe desde o pessoal que trabalha no café-da-manhã( por sinal maravilhoso com tapiocas que podemos solicitar em vários sabores, cuscuz que amo, além de muitas opções no Buffet), do bar e da recepção são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos em atender com excelência nossas necessidades. Os quartos são espaçosos e muito confortáveis e possuem varanda.

O hotel no geral estava bem limpo e o quarto muito confortável, só que havia pedido uma arrumação/decoração romântica no quarto que, ao chegar, não estava arrumado como tal. O recepcionista foi muito atencioso, o café da manhã com algumas variedades boas mas à noite o restaurante não continha todos os drinks do cardápio. Tem ótima localização no quesito tranquilidade pois não ouvimos barulhos nas redondezas.
