Difficult to roll your suitcase from the parking to the entrance. Hotel should remove the opstacles and clear the way for gravel. Otherwise everything is perfect. Helpful personal.

Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im First Hotel Jönköping. Unser Zimmer lag im 11. Stock und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Das Zimmer war allerdings sehr klein, ebenso das Badezimmer und die Dusche. Die angebotenen Rituals-Produkte im Bad fanden wir positiv. Leider waren teilweise die Pumpspender defekt – diese sollten regelmäßig kontrolliert und bei Bedarf ausgetauscht werden. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war im Preis enthalten und die Auswahl ebenfalls in Ordnung, allerdings nichts Besonderes. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit einer schönen Aussicht und einem angenehmen Aufenthalt. Bei der Zimmergröße und einigen Details im Badezimmer gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial.
