“Good location although it was quite hard to drive up to the 7th floor and locate where to park at the hotel. Great room service. We liked the rooms and it was convenient and accessible to Komtar jbcc.
Booked the executive king rooms and we were pleasantly surprised that it came with complimentary food/wine or mini high tea set at the lounge and daily complimentary mini bar & fridge items. The breakfast buffet was good too and worth the price. Will definitely recommend :)”

Having a full kitchen, washing machine, and dryer was incredibly convenient for our family, especially on a longer trip. A comfortable and enjoyable stay. “I booked a Family Suite with a window for two nights, but when we checked in, the staff gave us a room with no window instead. The room only had one pillow per person, and there was no dental kit or even basic amenities provided. To make matters worse, the connecting door to the next room was broken.
We were unable to sleep properly because we were worried about our safety, especially since I was travelling with my wife and daughter. We could also clearly hear voices coming from the adjoining...
