Little paradise in not really nice airport area. Heated pool. Rooms are basic but serve the purpose. The garden and the spa is amazing. Great place to have a night after or before your next flight.

This is a gorgeous little oasis. Food was absolutely top notch (must get dinner buffet here!). Staff were so friendly and attentive. Nicely priced spa and gift shop. All 4 people agreed this was our best stay in Africa.

The staff and meals were excellent! This hotel is a little oasis in an industrial area near the airport. There is not much outside of the property. Free airport shuttle was great too.

Sunrock is a wonderful, unexpected oasis, just 10 minutes from the airport. The property is artfully designed to feel like a tropical getaway, and is well maintained. The rooms are clean and well appointed. This was my fourth overnight stay, and without exception the staff have been friendly, responsive and helpful. The free airport shuttle is a great convenience and will accommodate your schedule. I recommend Sunrock very highly. The ONLY reservation I have is the rooms don't have air-conditioning (heater and ceiling fan only) - I'm not sure it would be comfortable in the middle of summer.

Very warm welcome on arrival at the hotel. The pick up service from the airport was excellent with only a short walk to the bus station needed. The rooms are clean, the shower hot, however the beds are showing their age and not that comfortable. The hotel compound is not far from the airport 10+ minute drive and felt secure. The buffet dinner was good and the hotel went above and beyond for us - they prepared fish especially for my wife who does not eat meat - we did not ask for this (but had told them about not eating meat). This to us was exceptional service and made the one night we stayed seem very warm and welcoming. There is a swimming pool which looked nice (we did not use it) and the seating around it also looked nice. The grounds are well stocked with nice plants and the overall feel very good. Recommend staying here if you are in transit rather than using the big chain hotels. Thank you for looking after us.

This was truly an oasis from the outside neighbourhood. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, bathroom was big with a great pressure shower and fan. Even though the neighbourhood was alarming we felt very safe within the complex. Breakfast was a very good buffet, staff were friendly and it was good value. Free shuttle to and from the airport...an excellent stopover location.

The rooms are small, but very nice. The bathroom and bedroom is all one room. It was winter in SA and the heat source for the room was not enough. The walls are thin and you can hear people talking on the other side. The ambiance of the place is great. Very pretty lodge. I would stay again.

Stayed one night while in transit. Appreciated location close to airport and free airport shuttle. 1BR 1 BA hotel room was clean. Bathroom was down a short hallway from bedroom, made for a short walk in middle of night to relieve oneself. Area was quiet and we slept well. Didn't partake of other amenities they offered. Grounds and pool looked very nice. Appreciated the security fence and gate as hotel is in rough neighborhood. Staff was very courteous and friendly, assisted with our requests.
