O quarto estava limpo, apesar de a duchinha da privada está quebrada e foi consertada depois. a equipe de funcionários é boa, não é extraordinária como em outros lugares que fui, mas ainda assim é boa. o café da manhã é bom, bastante variado, e é perto da praia, mas distante uns 2 km do letreiro de Cabo Branco.

Hotel muito sujo. Ficamos quatro dias e nenhum foi limpo ou varrido o corredor, a recepção, o restaurante e a área externa. Falta gerência, liderança e treinamento. O ovo mexido é quase crú com cheiro forte, presunto e musarela grudados, por duas vezes vi o funcionário do café limpando com pano os garfos sujos e repôs. Vidros e espelhos embaçados, roupas de cama encardidas. Na recepção e póximo ao elevador do fundo tem cheiro de mofo. Sei que estão reformando, ficamos num apto novo, porém a limpeza deixa a desejar. Percebi muito trabalho e pouca mão de obra.

A localização é ótima. O travesseiro poderia ser melhor(desconfortável). O café da manhã é bom. O mais inconveniente na estadia foram os barulhos externos de hóspedes no corredor, dificultou muito para dormir, talvez as paredes poderiam ser melhores para minimizar os barulhos.

Acho que a academia poderia ter aparelhos novos, nao precisa quantidade mas pelo menos os que tem, sejam mais modernos, tambem a qualidade das toalhas, além disso ficamos a metade do tempo sem toalha de rosto, mas para a categoria cumpre bem, voltaria novamente.
