“The front desk staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the gym and breakfast area falls short. Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the gym attendant repeatedly reminds guests not to take towels away, even when it’s necessary, for example, when stepping out briefly to the restroom while still sweating.”

“良かった😃”

“Excellent hotel in prime location . The only downside, breakfast does not cater to Western taste.management tried their best. They also need to pay attention to the bakery section as the heat lamp dries out the pastry.”

“部屋は清潔感あり、トイレはウォシュレット付きでした。”

“Grest location. The hotel urgently needs a major renovation and maintenance. It has good potential.”

“Beautiful hotel and well located”

“Centrally situated on the more older and quieter side of the Ancient town, along side the running river. There is lots of old and traditional charm. Staff were great - kind, professional and helpful.”
