First time at this hotel and was very impressed. Everything was modern and clean, USB ports on each side of the bed, very powerful shower, huge towels. The staff (especially Rutie) were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't use the spa, but the gym was well-equipped and very modern. The hotel is very well located and on several bus routes making it very easy to get to most places in Jerusalem. More importantly it is far enough away from all the noise being created by the light rail construction that is going on in many locations in Jerusalem, so it was nice and quiet.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire property was spotless, and my room was in mint condition—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions. I also appreciated the convenient parking options, which made my stay even smoother. The facilities were impressive, offering plenty of space and comfort. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! A great hotel and would definitely stay there again. Hotel is new and beautiful but what really stood out was the excellent staff. Unfortunately the day we checked in they had suffered a brief power outage and were having trouble with some of the AC units. Staff was very apologetic and accommodating. They changed our room and made sure we were comfortable. Everything else went smooth and out stay was great.

Elegant and Artistic

Premium quality amenities. New building. Beautiful pool. Has SPA. Nice lobby. Two towers, 4 stories. Private community (behind Hotel, apartments). Underground parking. Center for Arts in front, with big theater and opera house. Music is common to be heard. In general, our stay was great. There's no room service if you order from Wolt. You will have to go to the front desk to get your things. When we checked out, they gifted us a beautiful original Gicleé from an artist that paints Yerushalayim. Staff is very polite and speaks English, Hebrew and Arab.

The room was decorated beautifully but the previous guests may have caused damage. The shower was broken and after several requests it was still not fixed. A beautiful fruit plate was left in my room which was not cleaned. Maintenance needs to improve everything else was fine.
