“Gran hotel para hospedarse junto al aeropuerto. La zona del spa es maravillosa, te ofrecen bañador, toalla y chanclas. Buen restaurante y desayuno buffet muy completo. Personal muy amable. Usamos el servicio de transfer al aeropuerto, la primera vez muy rápida la comunicación, otra de ellas me costó conseguir que me confirmaran el servicio. Tuve que contactar con cuatro personas diferentes, aunque finalmente no hubo problemas. ”

“Fantastic place, great staff. Breakfast was second to none, but make sure you take it next to the pool as it’s not advised at check-in that this is also available. There’s a minimart downstairs, and it surrounded by great massage options on the main road. The only problem, my room did have a slight stink of sewage, and I rarely noticed it anywhere else. I didn’t bring it to their attention because what can I do really. Overall, I would happily stay here again. ”

“From 16 to 18 February 2019, it was another wonderful stay in Sahid Mutiara Hotel in Karawaci. Truly, Ms Gita showed her wonderful and sincere smile jovially when she saw me. A feeling made me (and you) felt like you had returned home. All other staffs were polite too. My 3 friends told me they had enjoyed their stay in this hotel as they like the room cleanliness, good restaurant food and many others. We stayed in Room 610 and 612. I definitely will return to Sahid Mutiara Hotel again.”
