Staff ROCKS!!!

Staff is so helpful and work as a team. This Red Roof is recently renovated and appears new beds with memory foam topping. Pool looked inviting and I will stay here again next visit.

The room was nice and clean along with the beds being comfy. The door needs to be adjusted and was hard to open. I locked myself out of the room so I had to go get a key to let me in and the person at the desk was rude and had an attitude.

the first night was great and i paid online the second night to get my points on the app and i thought it would be cheaper and then the guy told me that i reserved the wrong room so i asked if i could just pay the difference thinking it would be less than $10, but the guy charged me $54 something abt an early check in, like what? i was alr there, why would i need to check in??? but being that it was my mistake thinking that these hotels were happy abt participating in these hotel apps, they get paid regardless right? well wrong, but needless to say that was our last night there and i doubt i will be returning bc that was unnecessary he did not have to do that

I paid full amount on Expedia and because it didn’t match his rate we needed having to pay more with cash. Gave a $100 deposit only got $68 back. He doesn’t go by what Expedia says. I would NOT recommend. No pool. Have to wait till a certain time to get clean towels and wash rags.

As soon as you walk in there were pieces of the floor that were broken and small pieces missing. The room door was very damaged and I could see daylight through a small hole at the bottom. The only thing worse than that was the bathroom door. Looked like someone had punched two holes in the door and both the front panel and back panel were coming off, even though someone had attempted to screw them back to the door. There was also half of what looked to be a large pill and a thermometer on top of the bathroom door frame. This was room 212. The bed was comfortable and tv and cable worked. No bugs that I saw a plus there. Very close to many restaurants also.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The TV was a nice large size with DIRECTV channels. My only complaint is the microwave did not work. We will return to stay here, again!

Holes in the walls, mold in the bathroom, bath towels were hand towels & were disgustingly dirty with blood stains and pubic hair. I had to buy towels & washcloths to be able to take a shower. The microwave & hair dryer did not work in the room. The picture is deceiving, falsely advertised.
