When we arrived the desk clerk noticed the two rooms and said she would cancel one and not charge a cancellation fee because of my forgetfulness which I was thrilled about. “Clean rooms. Staff was friendly and kind. Great to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Water was extremely hot so be careful using sink and shower. Breakfast was bare bones so do not expect eggs, bacon, etc. more of a grab and go style. But brewed coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby as well as an actual coffee pot in your room. We prefer this over a kuerig! Would stay here again! ”

“Myself and my team of 3 were at this location for a week and none of our rooms were cleaned. We would request them to be cleaned, were told we would be put on a list. Then all that would happen, we would get fresh towels. One of those times they just left the towels in a clear plastic bag outside of the rooms. I had to request twice to have the body wash and shampoo refilled in my room.”
