Room we got was very outdated and was not very clean. The beds were uncomfortable and not enough blankets were provided. I found a thumb drive right on the floor. I found the staff to be unhelpful and rude. I travel a lot and will never stay here again. When I called to try to switch rooms I was told “I bought a discount room and I get what I get”. Book elsewhere!

There are several MGM hotels very close together. We stayed at the MGM Grand Signature but we accidentally went to MGM Grand. It was confusing to find.

I was very disappointed to see frames with kids pictures only and felt very uncomfortable, also when asked for towels they said they run out and to go ask another housecleaning lady on the opposite side for them , my stay was very uncomfortable and this was always my place to stay since it was Monte Carlo
