The room was always clean. The staff was always concerned we would have a pleasant stay. There are great options in the buffet, would love a little more of vegetarian options, but everything else is amazing for any meat lovers There is one pool where you can watch the sunset and just stay there until closing hours since the water is lukewarm

After taking into consideration that this place is 50 years old; • Year Built: 1976 • Last Major Renovation: 2016 • Property Type: ??(for your decision)-star beachfront all-inclusive resort with 125 rooms I gave this resort 5 Stars for the following:”, even though from others it is lower for these reasons: I have been enjoying this hotel’s hospitality since 2024 and each time I stay here, they staff always makes me feels at home. Despite me being unable to speak their language as well as I should, yet together we always manage. The buffet style breakfast, Lunch and dinners have never disappointed. It is more of a tradition local style food in my opinion. Love the daily rice and beans which is available for eat meal. Alsama Tours is generally onsite for your excursion needs as well as transportation to or from the airport. You can reach them through WhatsApp

One of the nicest Best Westerns I've ever stayed at. The staff was amazing and attentive our entire stay. They were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and the air conditioning was super cold. Food and drinks changed daily and everything was fresh. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport and it was affordable, prompt, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved your staff. I want to give special mention to 2 of your most excellent bartenders (San) Francisco and Sandra. They made my stay enjoyable and their friendliness was amazing. Thinking about returning to your resort in the near future. Many thanks to your great workers!!!!

Resort was perfect for a family or non family stay. You could walk out to the beach but it’s all tiny rocks. Could not get into the water because tide was high which is like that most of the time in that location. About 10 minute down the road you could. Pool was nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Property maintenance worked super hard to keep property clean and nice. Location is central of the town so you have food, snacks, drinks, shopping! Great first visit to Costa Rica.
