Teton Tepee Lodge in Alta offers a cozy cabin‑style mountain stay with a great atmosphere and a peaceful creekside setting. The fully equipped kitchen — including an oven and stove — makes it especially convenient for family stays. The only drawback is the lack of AC. It’s common for the area, but with rising summer temperatures, having an optional AC would make a big difference. The provided fan helped, but only somewhat. Overall, a charming, well‑located lodge perfect for families looking for a true mountain experience.

Everything is specially designed so that those of us visiting the property feel right at home. My daughter and I stayed here one night on a road trip to Salt Lake City. I wish we could have stayed longer! The property grounds are well maintained and comfortable. The firepit and babbling creek made for a relaxing evening after a long day of driving. As did the old time/bluegrass music being played by fellow guests and their extended family! Magical! The interior was very clean and well laid out with a spectacular common room and easy access to all forms of seating, and a solid breakfast of fresh bread, fruit and more. Its location makes it an unbelievable spot outdoor recreation enthusiasts. You will no be disappointed.

Terrific stay!

I feel lucky that we happened to choose the Teton Teepee Lodge for our stay! The lodge and grounds are beautifully maintained and serve as a place of connection and rest. Breakfast was terrific and healthy. We got great recommendations for activities from the owners.

I can't express enough the wonderful experience we had staying at TTL. Everything was super clean, and the lodge itself is very inviting and relaxing. We sat outside and had breakfast in the lodge in our PJ's and felt totally at home. Beds are comfortable, and the layout makes it all work. The staff is friendly and keep the place immaculate.
