What a great hostel! Better than many in Europe. Nice bed with ample electrical outlets and lighting, including 2 fans. Toilet & shower amenities impeccable. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this property for their clean spaces, comfortable beds, great location and friendly staff! Although no parking is available it was not hard to find options nearby! Conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping!

My husband and I stayed for one night and it was great. We’ve never stayed at a hostel before but the bathrooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the other guests were considerate. The staff was also helpful. Parking for us was easy as we found a spot along the main road and it’s centrally located, so we could easily walk into the downtown area. We would definitely stay again in the future!

The hotel's location is excellent and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. As a minor recommendation, I think installing dehumidifiers would be a great addition

Cache House was clean with nice amenities. The bunks are large with comfortable beds and curtains. Towels and linens were provided, and each bunk had a small fan, charging station, and light. Storage was available under the bunk and as a locker. The bathrooms were both just toilet and shower-toilet-sink options, which meant there was almost never a wait. The showers included toiletries. The only downside was that with so many people using the showers, the floors were quite wet and other guests did not clean up the shower rooms after use. Free morning coffee was an added perk and greatly appreciated!

We had a great night in Jackson. The bunkers bed was super confortable, and the showers and bathroom were clean. The staff was super helpful. Just a few thing you have to know. There is a 20$ police if you arrive before 4pm, and there is no kitchen (which for me was pretty unusual for this kind of establishments)

Cache House was our first experience with being in a room full of people with beds and curtains dividing them. People were quiet and we slept well. The staff was helpful with the locker where we put our luggage as we had a difficult time with the lock at first. There are private doors, some with toliets and others for toliets & showers. They were clean and I never had to wait. My husband and I enjoyed playing SkipBo in the community room and people were quiet and respectful. This was the place was in our price range and so close to walk around the square. We were only there one night then off to the airport. If you drive be aware that you probably will need to park in a free parking lot near by then move your car to the street for over night parking. There is no parking lot for Cache House. Also we were first confused as we did not see a Cache House sign for check in. You check in at the same place for Anival Hotel.

I know Jackson is expensive, but this was still a lot of money to stay in a cubby hole in the basement of a hotel. That said, it was a nice cubby hole — the bed was comfortable and the space was clean. My biggest issue was ventilation. Because the hostel is in the basement, it seemed that the sleeping area and bathrooms had very little ventilation. The sleeping area became pretty stuffy at night. The fan helped, but only so much. The bathrooms were clean, but after a shower, I essentially had to get dressed in a steam room because there wasn't enough ventilation to clear the humidity. The shower rooms were also frequently wet, with very limited places to put your belongings. A small bench or chair would make a huge difference so guests don't have to put their bags on the floor or on the toilet seat cover. (My toothbrush took a tumble onto the toilet, so... yikes.) A bench near the lockers would also be helpful for putting on shoes and organizing bags. I also noticed the main doors were often propped open during the day, presumably because of the lack of ventilation, meaning anyone could potentially walk directly into the hostel. There is an additional amenities fee, which I'm not really sure what covered beyond a "free" coffee and the potential use of one of five bikes shared by the entire hotel and hostel. Overall, clean and comfortable, but given the price, I expected a little more. Better ventilation and a few simple additions would make a big difference.
