“My stay did not include breakfast. The place is great. Although I didn't know I did not have a personal restroom. So, the cleanliness depended on who was staying at the time. All and all great place and it was in the middle of all the stores and plaza. ”

“I had booked this hotel thinking it was standard, but it was Japanese style: tatami floor, floor mattress, and no private bathroom (shower). The room did have a toilet, sink, closets, tv, electrical kettle, etc… yet despite not having my own shower was not a big deal. They offer bathhouse: very clean, spacious, with multiple pools (hot water) cold tub, sauna and even an outdoors onsen! Overlooking the river! Fall asleep sleep to a running river, and waking up to it was so soothing. The staff was...

“Las localizacion del hotel hace que tenga unas vistas espectaculares. El hotel tiene muchos servicios como piscina, baños termales. Lo mejor del hotel es el personal. Hay un botones que es la persona mas amable que hemos conocido en Japon. Realmente una persona muy noble y entrañable. La parte negativa es que en los baños termales se obligue al nudismo. En un hotel internacional deberia poderse utilizar el baño termal en bikini.”

“Clean rooms. Staff was extremely nice we had the beach/ocean view which was breath taking. Hospitality was a+ . The hot spring indoor was super hot and they had vending machines near by which had ice cream. Property was right near the beach and it was quiet, truly an amazing experience. There was two restaurants we ate at the Italian was pricey but was fantastic food. ”

“Vergonzosa la atención en recepción, la habitación pequeña y muy sucia, las camas individuales de 90 cm, imposible para dos adultos y un niño nos tubimos que ir ya que no nos dieron alternativa y de malos modos. Nos tubimos que ir sin alojarnos”
