The most stunning hotel I have ever visited. I don’t even know where to start! All of the staff are super attentive and friendly, in particular the hotel manager, who makes sure to say good morning to you every day. The breakfast is fantastic, with eggs cooked however you like, drinks and an array of popular Turkish breakfast items. The pişi (like a savoury doughnut) is so addictive! The attention to detail is superb, and the location is perfect for walking into Alaçatı’s old town. The hotel was incredibly accommodating on our check-out day. As we had an evening flight, they let us check out as late as 5pm, which was amazing. We could then continue using the pool and they kindly printed our boarding passes, which was particularly useful as İzmir Airport doesn’t always accept electronic boarding passes. These little touches made such a difference on our last day. If I had to be critical, there are two points. Firstly, the bar menu and minibar are very expensive. For example, fries are 750 lira (£11) and an Aperol Spritz is 1,195 lira (£18)! Secondly, smoking is permitted around the pool and outside breakfast area. People smoking cigars next to us during breakfast meant we had to move indoors, which was a shame. A designated smoking area away from the pool and breakfast areas would be much better. But honestly, these two gripes don’t take away from the overall experience. It is truly 5/5.

We stayed at Casa Fontana in July 2026 and had such a lovely experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alaçatı. The location is perfect, only a two minute walk from the centre, so everything is within easy walking distance. The service was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and always checked in to see if we needed anything. They were incredibly helpful with recommendations, giving directions and calling taxis whenever we needed one, which made our stay so easy. The hotel has a beautiful Italian feel that honestly made us feel like we were in Portofino! It has a really relaxing atmosphere with two lovely pools and there were always sunbeds available. We didn't get the chance to use the spa, but it's a great addition to the hotel. Breakfast was included and was a delicious traditional Turkish *serpme kahvaltı*. Fresh eggs and sides were prepared however we wanted them, and the manager even said they would happily make something different if there was anything else we wanted. The hotel is excellent value for money. Our room was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard every day, and the housekeeping staff were so kind and always asked if we needed anything. Check in and check out were also quick and easy thanks to the lovely receptionist. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would happily stay here again!

Excellent petit déjeuner. 2 piscines très agréables quoique peu ensoleillées à cause des arbres et des bâtiments. En revanche il faut savoir que toutes leurs chambres basiques donnent sur la rue et sont donc bruyantes. Nous étions hors saison et le personnel a été a l’écoute en nous changeant de chambre. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il y avait une possibilité de spa, malheureusement les prix sont exorbitants, nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter (450€ pour 2 personnes pour 1h30 d’accès au spa incluant 45min de massage). Expérience malgré tout très agréable dans cet hôtel, si l’on ne regarde pas le prix.
