not fancy at all but the best bargain in a town where lodging is out of site. Quiet, convenienntly located with large grocery store directly across street. I was disappointed they no longer had breakfast in the lobby and had not adjusted their prices to off set this. Desk clerks very helpful. Will stay there again for Ithaca College Graduation in May!

It was what I expected for the low price I paid for 4 nights. It needed a lot of refreshing and updating. But it had everything I needed, and the staff was very nice and helpful with anything I asked.

The Staff was welcoming, kind and useful. Room although dated was adequate. Had to mention drapery, curtains were needing attention seriously, bed was good, slept well. Pleasant enough. Restaurant was closed...eliminating (initially promised and paid for} advertised breakfast. Higher price for Cornell-Harvard football game weekend, but not higher than price gouging by other stay over places in Ithaca. Would consider returning here if circumstances were different. Ithaca is one of a kind place, among many other one of a kind places.

Very nice staff. Clean room. Comfy furniture. AC, microwave, & fridge all worked well. Lots of hot water. Only thing I'd have liked to see is a couple grab bars in the tub/shower--I think all rooms in all hotels should have them!

Traveling through the area, we needed a room for just one night. Unfortunately, everything we would have been more comfortable booking was either sold out or ridiculously overpriced for the weekend. Even Meadow Court was overpriced considering the age of the property, location, and amenities offered. BUT... the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and despite being placed in a room right next to the main entrance, we never heard any noise. For a quick overnight stop between destinations, it served its purpose and met our needs.

The lowest priced accommodations in Ithaca by far, so remember that when booking. The people at the desk are friendly, the bed and bathroom were clean, the location is excellent. Are there problems? Sure, but seriously what are you doing booking a sub-200 dollar room for if you're looking for stain-free carpets? I felt safe, and I was comfortable.

Meadow Court is a large property on a busy highway leading into Ithaca, but once I closed the door I couldn't hear the traffic. It's a good place to spend the night (s) without spending a lot of money. The beds are clean and comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the shower works, there's hot water & some basic toiletries, but not much room for stuff, and no towel rods. There's a coffeemaker that's bigger than one cupful. The baseboard heat works from a thermostat. The AC unit in the wall works too. There should be instructions in the notebook about the climate controls. There's a fridge & microwave in the room, but no on-site breakfast. The restaurant on the property is closed, but there are other eateries in the suburban neighborhood. I don't know if all the rooms are like mine, but i found it adequate for my needs as a single traveler who is not too fussy.
