Very nice place. Comfortable room. We parked our car and walked easily to Corning Glass, restaurants and shops. Refrigerator is a nice amenity. Windows were dirty. Bath mirror could be better lit for shaving and applying makeup. Staff very nice to deal with.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Ithaca. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are updated. The front desk check-in was quick. We did not use the pool or restaurant. It is a nice place to stay. We have been there four times in the last three years.

An absolute 5-star experience from start to finish! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome after a late check in. My daughter absolutely loved the incredible view from our room, and the breakfast was a fantastic touch that made the stay feel extra special. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel was clean and the room felt spacious. The location to downtown is perfect and parking was incredibly easy. The room service was extremely limited, closed randomly, and not great food, but downtown has other good options.
