Rooms definately in need of some TLC. However, beds were comfy, amazing water pressure, never had to wait for hot water in the shower, fridge and microwave were great to have! Breakfast was good - the staff was very helpful in making sure you had everything you needed. I had a small problem in my room and the staff took care of it immediately. Everyone I came in contact was very nice. I could see this hotel being a great venue to host weddings, events... just needs some updating! Location is great with a short drive to Ithaca College. I would stay here again!

We received a warm greeting when we arrived They had heavy rains which made some of the rooms musty, they gave us a good room. They are renovating and bring this lovely hotel back to what it once was. The pool was great and warm, there's an outdoor pool as well Pool towels were always available.The breakfast was incredible, fresh and abundant. They had vegan options. We would stay again
