Great Location and Very Clean

Positive thoughts: The staff were very helpful, and the price is excellent considering the location. Breakfast was also good – I especially enjoyed the filtered coffee. Things to improve: The ventilation/extraction system is a bit noisy, which can affect the comfort of the stay. Another area that could be improved is the restaurant. I tried the chicken and the burger, choosing the simplest dishes, but unfortunately they were disappointing. The burger was undercooked, lacked flavor, and was quite oily, while the fries were not up to standard. With some adjustments in the kitchen and attention to food quality, this hotel could easily elevate the overall guest experience. Please give proper real napkins to your guests, not that thin paper that looks like parchment paper or food truck paper.

Disappointing, won’t stay again and won’t recommen

It took about 45 minutes to check in. There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom sink. The toilet cover was smaller than the actual toilet. Unable to block sunlight from reaching the room.

Os serviços prestados não tem suporte completo as necessidades do cliente: foi spolicitadom um prato e talheres. foi negado sem custos. foi solitado uma exteçao de 1 h , foi negado sem custos. não tinha pessoas de decisão para casos extremos e duvidas. foi feito uma reserva enganda de quarto adptado. a troca não foi aprovada sem custo. e o quarto trocadom teve almento de 200 reais por diaria em uma diaria de 480,00 , sem alterar a categoria. então tudo ficou como faturamento e a parceria com Hotel.com não é considerada a clientes. tive cum custo maior de estacionamento, diferença de diarias e tbm de atendimento. insatisfeiro no contesto geral.

Estacionamento caro com 3 pisos e aem indicação para onde fica o elevador. E mais o elevador das garagens fica longe dos elevadores dá acesso às acomodações. O acesso de carro externo de quem chega para o checkin é pequeno e com poucos carregadores de malas. Sinceramente, não gostei.

Boa localização e estrutura. Mas a qualidade do atendimento foi sofrível. Bandeira Hilton com padrão de atendimento I. Budget. Estávamos em um grupo familiar, 8 pessoas, com idosos e crianças. Não houve nenhum tipo de ajuda com as malas no check-in e check-out. Na reserva, eu havia solicitado que os 3 quartos ficassem próximos, o que não foi atendido, mesmo com a solicitação com antecedência. Fomos alocados em 3 andares diferentes, nos aptos 1409, 1609 e 2109. Estacionamento caro e com péssimo acesso das vagas para o hotel, com caminhada longa (com crianças no colo e idososo) e necessidade de troca de elevadores. Para terminar, infelizmente esqueci uma camiseta dentro do guarda-roupa do meu apto. Avisei na recepção poucas horas após o check-out, no mesmo dia. Obtive uma resposta extremamente burocrática, sobre necessidade de se contatar um setor interno de "achados e perdidos". E, por fim, tive resposta quase 48h depois e ainda dizendo que o item não fora encontrado. Estou, então, há mais de 24h tentando falar na gerência do hotel e não consigo. A gerente, nunca estava disponível quando tento entrar em contato. Depois de 3 dias consegui contato com a gerência. E a peça realmente não foi encontrada. Portanto, o serviço oferecido não é compatível com as outras experiências que já tive em outras unidades Hilton. Sem dúvidas minha pior experiência na rede.

O hotel conta com uma boa infraestrutura nas área coletivas, porém faltou controle de qualidade no quarto. O split não funcionou em modo quente e tinha pouca coberta disponível. O controle da tv também não estava funcionando, mas isso foi resolvido prontamente pelos funcionários. O chuveiro e o café da manhã foram os pontos positivos da estadia.
