O hotel tem uma localização conveniente, próximo à rua principal, além de restaurantes, farmácias, mercados e lojas, o que facilita bastante a estadia. A área da piscina é agradável e conta com um bom atendimento. No entanto, em alta temporada, pode haver falta de espreguiçadeiras. Durante a estadia, é disponibilizada apenas uma toalha para a piscina; trocas adicionais têm custo de R$ 4,00. O café da manhã é servido em um ambiente climatizado, o que faz diferença no conforto. Há opções como frutas (mamão, abacaxi e manga — sempre as mesmas), frios, pães, ovos mexidos, banana-da-terra, mandioca cozida e alguns bolos. Tapioca e omeletes são preparados na hora, com destaque para a tapioca, que é excelente — crocante e muito saborosa. Como ponto de melhoria, sentimos falta de bolos mais caseiros, e os sucos poderiam ser menos diluídos (super aguados). O quarto tem bom tamanho, porém a cama e os travesseiros são mais firmes. O banheiro é simples, mas conta com uma ducha excelente. Um diferencial é o varal de chão disponível em todos os quartos. As toalhas são trocadas diariamente, desde que deixadas no chão. A academia é pequena, mas atende bem para exercícios básicos. Já o estacionamento é limitado para a quantidade de hóspedes. Como cortesia, o hotel oferece apenas água saborizada. Um café da tarde seria um diferencial interessante para tornar a experiência ainda mais acolhedora. Wi-fi bom.

Foi minha segunda estadia no Resende, acompanhada de uma idosa e de um bebê pequeno. O hotel é equipado com cozinha de apoio, o que facilita muito a viagem com crianças. Piscina confortável e sempre muito limpa. Elogio também para limpeza dos quartos. O café da manhã é outro ponto forte: tudo muito fresco e com uma grande variedade de opções. A gerente se apresentou a nós no primeiro dia e se colocou à disposição para qualquer necessidade. A localização é ótima bem em frente ao centrinho. Voltaremos com certeza!
