Gorgeous hotel in great location. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the pool only has about 3 seats around it and they told me that they couldn’t bring another chair out so I couldn’t really sit next to it/use it. Otherwise, lovely hotel and very good price.

Great location can walk straight into the nice side streets to start exploring. We hired a car and was busy area to navigate but was greeted with a member of staff who helped with bags and parked my car for me. Was a nice touch. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but was very happy with hotel and would stay here again.

We liked proximity to that Main street, the tram and subway. Ease of getting a taxi. Our room was nice, bed comfy and room was kept clean. The complementary water, fruits and nuts was very nice and appreciated. Challenges, common areas of the hotel were smoky. The numerous taxis right outside the hotel is problematic trying to get in or out. Checkin was curt and unhelpful. Did not provide any useful information on the hotel or site seeing or maps.

Great hotel, centrally located. There’s a train station not too far away, local attractions are a short walk away. The staff are friendly and ready assist with anything. It’s always wonderful to be greeted by Mustafa-the house keeper, he makes sure rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is amazing, a great spread of breads, salads and cheese. Big shout to Asma who makes the best omelettes, always with a smile and she remembers you following day too:) We couldn’t experience the pool as it was closed, they have a lovely restaurant on the roof top with great views of the city.

The location was nice right next to the shopping area which is a big plus. But at night, may also be noise because of the bars nearby. And for our stay the WiFi in the room didn’t work properly. The swimming pool at the top was quite winding, and small.

We always stay at the hotel in Istanbul as the staff is nice and the location is perfect for overnight traveling. My only dissatisfaction is that the offer paid upgrades, meaning that there are rooms available, however we have never been upgraded as a VIP Expedia member.
