My stay at The Bail Hotel Istanbul was truly outstanding. The hotel staff were extremely cooperative and went above and beyond to assist us at every step. They helped arrange our cruise and airport transfers, securing excellent prices and ensuring everything went smoothly. Their guidance throughout our stay was invaluable-always ready to answer questions and provide recommendations. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the room cleaning service was excellent. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend The Bail Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul for a seamless and pleasant experience.

Leider ist die Unterkunft super klein ausgefallen. Zudem ist der Aufzug leider erschreckend unsicher und auch die Umgebung ist nicht familienfreundlich. Leider befand sich auch kein Safe im Zimmer und der Wasserkocher war defekt und hätte somit einen Brand auslösen können.
