The two gentlemen at the front were absolutely amazing! Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely good people. They always had a positive attitude and made us feel comfortable and appreciated. Their kindness and great customer service truly made our trip even better and more enjoyable. It’s people like them who make a place stand out. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations for a 4-star property. (As they introduce themselves in google. We understood that the building is old and in a traditional area, but expected the rooms and facilities to be renovated and well-equipped. My parents’ room had a non-working fridge. They informed the staff, who couldn’t fix it and said they would notify the manager, but nothing was done during their two-night stay. Overall, a disappointing experience.
