Great location, exceptional staff, comfortable beds. The staff really shines and makes this hotel. They provided recommendations for breakfast/diner, made reservations for us in a hammam and a whirling dervish ceremony, provided tips on access to different locations. The location of the hotel itself is the best, next to a busy commercial street but very quiet once you are inside the hotel. TI would definitely stay there whenever I return to Istanbul.

Great little hotel in an excellent location just metres off one of the most important pedestrian shopping and entertainment streets in Istanbul. Our room (102) was at the rear of the hotel and the windows looked out on a fire escape shaft which meant it was very quiet - it suited us but may not suit everyone so enquire when booking. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful with local knowledge. I can see why this is so highly rated on Trip Advisor.
