What an amazing place! Felt like resort vacation. Such a pleasant property. Very good food. Beautiful comfortable rooms. Very helpful and hospitable staff. Location is amazing: one entrance facing Bosphorus ( great night walks), the other leads to small pretty streets 5-10 minute away from Sultan Ahmet square. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Seven Hills Palace & Spa in Istanbul. The location is excellent, especially for families, as we were able to walk to all the main attractions with our children. There are also plenty of lovely restaurants in the surrounding area, making it easy to find somewhere to eat each evening. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and informative, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Our family room was spacious, comfortable and perfect for travelling with children. After a day of sightseeing, it was great to come back and enjoy a dip in the pool before heading out for dinner. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We would definitely recommend Seven Hills Palace & Spa to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The property needs some renovations and facelift especially the rooms on the ground floor. Also, suggest adding a vending machine or a clean water drinking station in the lobby for guests as the tap water is not recommended for drinking. The breakfast buffet is amazing but I disagree with the start time of 8:00 a.m. on working days. Lastly, while the staff were friendly, their heavy and repetitive marketing of hotel-sponsored tours felt a bit overwhelming at times.
