This hotel is located in the best location for visiting the sites around Istanbul. Easy walking to must see sites and the metro transit system. The hotel staff and restaurant are fantastic. We noticed many people from outside the hotel using their restaurant. When we come back, we’ll be staying here.

I stayed here for here for three days in June/July. The location was great, close to great resturaunts and attractions and shopping. The roo. Was clean and functional. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was very good. We ate at the restaurant twice. Order the turkish dishes they were excellent. Would stay again.

Rooms were clean and staff was kind and friendly. We took only breakfast and didn't regret that. The buffet was little bit small but in context of breakfast it was fine, moreover it was pretty tasty. The additional pluses were balcony on fifth floor with pleasant view on the street and bathroom, especially hydro massage.

We arrived early at our hotel and the staff were very accommodating. We were hoping to just store our luggage for a few hours while we were sightseeing, but they were actually able to find us a comparable room to the one we had booked and let us check in almost 5 hours early. Buffet breakfast was amazing! Lots of selection.

We had a wonderful stay at Senatus Hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel arranged our airport pickup and return transfer, and both services were punctual and professional, making our trip stress-free. The restaurant food was delicious, and as hotel guests we received a 15% discount on dinner, which was a great bonus. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options every morning. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Blue Mosque and other major attractions in Sultanahmet. We highly recommend Senatus Hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Senatus Hotel was exactly how it’s pictured. Stayed in room 705. Beautiful terrace with the street view, working a/c. Bathroom left to be desired. Water pressure in the sink and shower was pretty bad. The temperature also fluctuated for now apparent reason. The bed was one of the firmiest I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast buffet was included in the price of the room and was quite good. I’d stay here again.

This is a great place to stay in Istanbul. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. The location is superb close to all of the major sites in Sultanhamet. The only weakness was that the Wi-Fi blocked my VPN but that is typical of many places in Turkey due to the authoritarian government. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely stay at the Senatus hotel and I would return again . I loved the location I could walk to anywhere and the train was also close . The facilities were a little dated mainly the carpet in the hallways was tattered but the rooms were very modern and comfortable and good size .
