The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful; the location was lively for bars and restaurants and convenient for the Metro and the funicular. Roof top bar had pretty views. Room was comfortable and reasonably spacious for a central location.

5* What a fantastic stay! Spacious room with all the amenities I needed. The best part of the property was not only the oasis of the pool, boutique appointed rooms but the staff. From the moment I was greeted until I the day I left. I received 5 star service. Friendly smiles, care and attention. This level of service I don't receive at hotels 3 times this cost. I can't wait to stay again! Only regret is I didn't get a chance to try to Michelin restaurant on site! Thank you Ruz!
