I had read a feedback about a room smelling cigarettes and i was worried but my room 206 was very fresh smelling and clean i was so happy,great and hepful staff so central close and easy to reach everywhere, the only critic i have i wish there were posts to hang my clothes in the room,great hotel i recommend to everybody

The room was clean even though it needs a little refresh (tiles coming off the wall in the bathroom and the bathtub is a bit dated). Otherwise, the manager was very helpful; he arranged transfers from the hotel to the airport and answered every question or demand nicely. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and the room was pleasant.

We were very disappointed with our stay we couldnt wait to get out of there. The room reeked of cigarettes, the floor was sticky and the bathroom door was broken. The breakfast was very poor and all plates were empty when we got there. To top that off, it was listed 5 minutes walk to Bagdat street but it s at least 15 minutes to get to any stores. So if you are there for shopping skip it all together. The staff were helpfull though so we felt bad about this complaint.

Wenn man in Europa, Preis - Leistung eines Angebotes gewohnt ist, dann war dieser Aufenthalt für mich nicht das Gewünschte. Zudem ist es bereits in den frühen Morgenstunden beträchtlich laut und man muss froh sein, wenn man früh aufstehen muss. Das Frühstückbuffet war auch nicht einem Hotel dieser Kategorie entsprechend. Für mich war es eine Erfahrung- nicht mehr…..
