Boutique Hotel

Really lovely boutique hotel in Ortaköy. Very close to the waterfront and the Bosporus. We had booked the Deluxe room with the balcony, and it was just perfect for us. Fabulous shower, great bed and pillows, might sound odd to mention this, but it was important for us! Just be aware that the nightlife is booming until 3.30am and even with double-glazing, you will hear it, every single night. If you’re good with that, then this is the place for you!

No AC for 1 day, no hot water for 1 day, promised lounge/bar not open, and adjacent clubs played extremely loud music that made my room vibrate until 3 AM. And at checkout when I asked for a modest discount because of all these problems, the nice clerk said the owner never gave any consideration to such requests. Everything else was good though. 🙄

Owners / managers very helpful and polite. Wifi comes in and out . Situated in a busy late night party area so lots of bass sounds past midnight. Didn’t bother me with ear plugs. Breakfast great and included. Helpful getting reservations to show

Personel inanılmaz iyi, saygılı ve gerçekten misafirleri ile ilgileniyorlar aynı şekilde temizlikçi ablalarda öyle. Evet biraz etraf sesli ama beni çok rahatsız etmesi. Eğer uykunuz hafifse sizi rahatsız edebilir ama eğer uykunuz Ağır ise çokta duymazsınız dışarıdaki sesleri. Konum gayet iyiydi ve kesinlikle tek gitmeme rağmen asla tedirgin olmadım gayet güvenilir bir ortamdı. Herşey için teşekkürler tekrar tercih ederim.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft und sehr zentral. Viele Dinge sind zu Fuß erreichbar und man hat sich auch als Frau sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Wonderful place to stay!

It was a wonderful stay. Arzu made us feel like we are at home. Beautiful hotel, with wonderful rooms and friendly staff. Arzu makes sure that guests get a wonderful stay. It is a very clean beautifully designed guest rooms and hotel. Every detail is thought through and everything is very high quality. Excellent breakfast! The location is excellent!! I highly recomend anybody to stay at the Ortakoy Hotel!! There is so much to do and many restaurants are in the area. You will love your experience and have a chance to enjoy Istanbul.

No airconditioning in the hotel! They have a central system that you can't fully control from your room so, it takes a very long time to cool the rooms down. During my stay in July, the whole system went down. The management didn't do anything to make the guest more comfortable. I realised that they have cut corners to save money while charging super-high rates. They don't view this as a hotel, to them it's a get rich fast vehicle. I was so fed up I ended leaving early and didn't even ask for a refund. Also, the area is EXTREMELY noisy. There are bars that are playing awful music until late and the just told me to wear earplugs or go out and enjoy the nightlife. Awful experience. There's a hotel about 30 seconds away which is much much better it's called Nevv Bosphorus hotel & suites
