The property was in a good location and the staff was very helpful. They welcomed us with apple tea upon arrival and helped us book out airport transfers to and from the hotel. The hotel room was clean and functional and the breakfast was tasty. I would stay here again!

Niles Hotel is a joy. Lots of lovely surprises await you. Staff are exceptional. Rooms perfect. View from the roof garden very nice. Breakfast excellent. Served in roof garden. Location is very good. Near to Grand Bazaar. Lots of fun shopping around and good restaurants. Manager, Ozan, is superb. This hotel is very highly recommended for very good value and a most enjoyable stay.

Good location and decorated with local personality, but what makes this hotel special is the manager, the staff and their helpfulness. We arrived very early off a cruise and expected to simply be able to drop off our bags. However, as our room was available, we were able to check in and freshen up, and was even offered breakfast. The hotel also helped us clear up some confusion with a local tour operator, and even gave us snacks for the road when we left for a very early flight.

Best kept secret in all of Istanbul Turkey, lovely boutique hotel, owner always on staff to greet you and make sure everything is to your liking. Too bad Eggi is now in a sister hotel other wise it would have been perfect. Egg was a great addition to the perfect stay, missed him this time Excellent choice in the center of everything
