the hotel is located in a very close proximity to the metro, bus stop, and the tram. you're in the middle of the city with all sorts of shops and restaurants around you. the staff were super friendly, helpful and amazing. one thing that i would comment on would be the breakfast. i stayed for 11 days, and i was having my own breakfast daily instead of the included one. other than that, if you're looking for a budget friendly, useful staff and centered hotel, Metrolux is your destination

The paint was peeling, mold in the bathrooms, air con didn't work, my entry door fell off completely as the screws on the hinges came off, the elevator was hit and miss with broken glass on one of the doors...this place was a disaster and ranks in the top 3 worst hotels I've ever stayed in after 50+ years of travel !!!! It's a good thing Expedia does'nt allow for negative stars!

I had made a reservation before coming to the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that there was no room for me. I sold it. He offered to give me a room in another hotel for 50 euros. I refused. I contacted Expedia. Later, they gave me the same room. They wanted to scam me. They had very bad staff.

El hotel está en una ubicación increíble tienes dos estaciones de metro el tranvía y autobuses a solo unos pasos te queda todo. Muy cerca y el área es muy comercial muchos restaurantes hoteles cafés sin duda cuando regrese nuevamente me hospedaré aquí si dudarlo
