Convenient location, easy in/out. Courteous staff. Complained about occasional cigarette smoke coming out of some rooms but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Some customers were apperantly smoking in their rooms at times. Would be best if no smoking rule is enforced a little more strictly. Otherwise an all around nice hotel.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy hotel, with everything you need, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Such good hotels are not often found, everything is new, excellent service. We were very glad that we checked in.

Manager is really rude and day shift staff extremely unprofessional. Wifi is really bad no connection at all. Breakfast has not a lot of choices and more expensive than the other places for the quantity that they give. Last but not least beds are not comfortable along with their pillows. I did not get enough sleep as long as I stayed there. Overall not a good experience.

Sehr gut mit der Metro zu erreichen. Preis-Leistung ist Top. Eigenes Parkhaus ist vorhanden. Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Personal beim Frühstück könnte netter sein. Im großen und ganzen sehr zu empfehlen.

Çok temiz ve personellerin hepsi güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Otel Sahibi, Emrah Bey in de her gün titizlikle denetlediği ve işinin başında olması ne kadar titiz olduğunu gösteriyor.

It was perfekt i was there for a Operation and the Hotel was really good. The one Problem at Check in was, they want to give is a normal room but we bought a Deluxe room(the view from the Balkon i amazing) After 10 min we became our room. All in one it was e really nice Hotel and nice breakfast :)
