I made a mistake with my reservation and the guy in front desk helped me to solve the issue quickly and easy. Also the room and bathroom was super clean. No complains. Staff guys friendly and nice. Great Location close to many tourist places if you want to walk or take the metro.

Nice clean place. Smoke scent free. Nice breakfast and location (walking distance to the port. Great place for the price. Only issue is that there was no sign on the building to indicate its location. It was affiliated with the building across the street for registration but it had a different name.

Clean and big room with a big bed, great bathroom, AC, coffee, tea and water. USB on the walls and a great location 2 blocks from the Cruise Port, 5 from the main shopping street, Galata Tower and port shopping center. Complete breakfast and friendly staff. Definitely recommended

Some of the reviews scared me, but I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! My room was huge, and everything was brand new looking and well cleaned. The breakfast was just across the street at the sister hotel and had so many options! The location was perfect; not noisy at night and it was right between karakoy and galata areas so I could explore to the tourist parts whenever I felt like it

I stayed at this hotel for about six days. One thing that was disappointing was the inconsistency with breakfast. For about three days during my stay, the breakfast was excellent—everything was fully stocked, fresh, and there was plenty available. I noticed that during those days there seemed to be a supervisor overseeing the breakfast area, which may have made a difference. Unfortunately, on the other days it was completely different. I usually came down around 10:30 AM, and breakfast did not end until 11:30 AM, so there was still about an hour left. However, many of the breakfast items were already gone and were not being refilled unless you specifically asked. Even some of the main hot dishes, such as scrambled eggs, would be empty. I found that very disappointing. If breakfast is served until 11:30 AM, guests arriving at 10:30 should still be able to enjoy a properly stocked breakfast without having to ask the staff to refill everything. My biggest complaint, however, was that there was no clear hotel name or visible sign outside the property. Even my taxi driver couldn’t figure out exactly where the hotel was. When I first arrived, I ended up walking around the area for almost 30 minutes trying to figure out which building was the hotel. For a hotel, especially one serving international travelers, I find this very unprofessional. The hotel name should be clearly visible from the street so both guests and taxi drivers can easily locate it.

Overall would not return to the property but did have a relatively pleasant stay PROS: - Great proximity to Karakoy, Galata and Taksim! - Room was clean, bathroom is modern and spacious. Housekeeping is great! - Front desk staff is great - AC worked well - Good value CONS: - The immediate area next to the hotel is residential and can feel a bit dirty (ie there was a dead rat around the corner one morning), you’re also in proximity to a mosque and can hear the Adhan broadcast - Wifi is an open network and very slow - There was no hand soap provided so we had to buy a bar which is more of an inconvenience than anything - The entrance to the hotel building is not locked. We were on an upper floor so still felt secure but on a ground floor room I would not have been comfortable

This is a boutique hotel, not a large hotel, so keep that in mind. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the tourist area, with Istiklal Street and Taksim Square just behind the hotel. Be prepared for steep hills, but that's part of Istanbul! The city is full of beautiful cobblestone streets. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores nearby. Just a few streets away is the beautiful Bosphorus waterfront with amazing restaurants and views. I only discovered it on my last day and loved it. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a central location. Just wear comfortable shoes because you'll be walking up and down steep streets. I also joined two tours offered by the hotel. The Old City Tour was excellent, and our guide was amazing. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. However, I was very disappointed with the Princes' Islands Tour. The guide left us on our own as soon as we arrived on the island, which was difficult because I don't speak Turkish. The tour company was Blue Brothers, and I will be leaving them a separate review. I don’t recommend them at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel

Overall, the stay was fine. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. However, the room service was disappointing. The room wasn’t always cleaned thoroughly. Sometimes the bed sheets weren’t changed and the pillows were simply rearranged. The hair dryer also produced smoke, and instead of shampoo, hand soap was provided. So while the room itself was acceptable, the service and amenities were below expectations.

The room was clean, but the location was not as advertised. It took about 25 minutes to walk to Taksim Square, not the short distance described in the listing.
