if you want to stay around the Galata tower in a clean, super friendly and helpful staff with a bacony looking directly to tower, this is the place you need to stay. We stayed 3 nights and it was magical

Staff Sefik and others were very helpful especially on my last night in Istanbul where I lost my cell phone and credit cards. They were able to help me make some phone calls and I would definitely stay here again once I come back to Istanbul in the near future!

Right near the Galata Tower. The hotel is really good and the staff were terrific. Be aware of the crowds near the tower and surrounding streets and the noise at night - cars and people.

When I booked this hotel, I didn’t know how much I was going to love it. Located steps away from the Galata tower, we booked a room with the tower view and it did not disappoint. Right below your room are restaurants boasting some of the tastiest food, and cute stores. It is a very touristy area, and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by even late into the night. The staff were all so helpful and kind, greeting us with a smile and fresh water bottles whenever we needed. Breakfast at a very nearby hotel was also delicious. If you’re planning a trip to Istanbul, hotel des arts Galata is the place to stay!!

Great experience! Excellent location within walking distance to many attractions. Located in a busy area but noise didn't interfere with having a good night rest. Staff was amazing! Very kind and helpful. Yunus at the reception was really nice and took time to answer questions and assisted with recommendations. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THIS. Thank you very much!

From the minute we arrived staff were so friendly and helpful. We were helped to our room which was the studio with the balcony which was well worth the extra cost as balcony gave access to the great vibe around surrounding area. Room was spacious, such a boutique feel and so well equipped with all the toiletries/ vanity kits/ robes ect! Street was one back from the galata tower Main Street (1 min walk). Breakfast served in nearby car which was out of this world! Great choice of food so we even went back there for dinner and drinks later on! Thanks for a great experience.
