6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The cleanliness of the rooms was average. We didn't notice any major cleanliness issues initially, but there was only one very thin sheet in the room. When we requested a duvet, we were given extremely dirty blankets without any covers, which was completely unacceptable. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, we were extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's location. Getting to and from the hotel was very difficult, both with and without a car, and the parking facilities were completely inadequate. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
