The location was central and perfect. The staff was super helpful and professional. Our hôtel room view overlooking the Bosphorus was absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place to stay. The room, staff, view and breakfast was expectational. The front desk manager Jerry and rest of crew are very helpful and professional. He accommodate a few request on demand without any extra chargers.

One morning the water in bathroom didn’t work (shower, cink, toilett). After 30min light brown water came out. It was fixed later the same day. When I departed I asked if the breakfast (1 morning) could be credited for compensation they told me NO.

넓고 럭셔리함이 있는 부티크 호텔. 특히 오후타임에 나오는 jerry와 컨시어지 직원이 진짜 친절하게 다 설명 및 안내를 해주었답니다. 호텔이 언덕에 있다보니 뷰가 아주 훌륭하고 좋았답니다. 물세기 완전 쎄고 좋았고 타월과 침구가 아주 부드럽고 좋았답니다. 만족스러운 숙박이었고 지인들에게 추천하고 싶네요.

Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung waren sehr gut, auch wenn sich die angegebenen 18 m2 klein angefühlt haben. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, es hatte alles, was man sich wünscht und die Lage war sehr gut, 3 min Fussmarsch bis zur Taksim Metrostation, von da aus könnte man alle Ziele gut erreichen. Der Grund warum wir nicht die volle Punktzahl vergeben, ist der, dass es am ersten Abend sehr Laute Musik gab, von einer Party oder einem Konzert, welche 20 M nebenan stattfand. Die Musik und der Bass waren so laut ( 60 - 85 Dezibel ) das wir kaum einschlafen konnten. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen und waren zufrieden.

The rooms are modern and well-appointed, with beautiful views of either the garden or the Bosphorus. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the entire property is maintained with great care and attention to detail. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from the reception and concierge team. Halil, Ohan, Serkan, Jerry, Cihan, and others whose names I, unfortunately, can't recall, were all incredibly warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and offered excellent recommendations for places to visit and things to do. The hotel’s management should be immensely proud to have such dedicated and passionate individuals on their team—their efforts are nothing short of commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special stay in Istanbul. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning!
