My stay at this hotel was excellent and very comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness throughout my stay was outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always made sure that guests’ needs were met promptly and professionally, which made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. The hotel also has a great location, close to tram and bus stations, as well as various services and important attractions, making transportation easy and convenient. In addition, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the room rates were very reasonable considering the quality of the services provided. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning on my next visit.

Hôtel moyen.emplacelement parfait à 100m du tramway,petit déjeuner trop simple,il n' y a même pas d, eau à boire sinon l eau du robinet .chambre moyenne .la nuit bruit de l ambulance tout le temps.personnel gentil dans le ensemble.

Disaster situation

I surprised when I came to the hotel that there is no available room for me although I booked two days before. They transfer me by a taxi to other hotel which was miserable and I had to go to the fourth floor on stairs and to spent a night in a miserable dirty room. Next day they transfer me again to Oguzhan hotel. The room is very small and don't deserve the price. The staff are nice but their mistake is not acceptable. I lost one day of my vacation because of this stupid mistake.
