We had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Moda! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When my husband accidentally left his phone in the taxi, the staff acted very quickly, contacted the driver, and helped us get the phone back. We really appreciated their kindness and quick response! The rooms were very clean, the location was excellent, and the area felt very safe. The metro was only about a 5-minute walk away, the bus stop around 10 minutes, and there were plenty of local cafés and restaurants nearby. Our only suggestion would be to add a breakfast buffet option. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was best. We were family of nine including 06 children. with its location and proximity to sea, it was Undoubtedly a best hotel for stay, All amenities, breakfast cleanliness were best. The location is unique, the staff is all kind and polite, the rooms are clean, except that there is no one at the breakfast area to give you tea and coffee or clean the tables, and there are tiny flies all over the vegetables. I think the breakfast area has obvious flaws, and there are no toothbrushes, ear buds, soap, etc. in the rooms, and in this hotel, they park the passengers' cars on the street, not in the parking lot, but they charge you for parking.

Location of the hotel was brilliant. My son treated me for my 60th birthday as I loved visiting Istanbul before. So he booked it. We all had lovely rooms , my husband & I , my middle son & his wife & youngest son. Except for my eldest son he had the smallest room especially hard with a toddler. They complained to the manager & were moved to a bigger room however that was after a few days. That should not have happened. They should have been given a larger room at the beginning.
