From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel the attention to detail and support was top notch. I would also add communication leading up to the stay was amazing as well. It was our families first time there together the hotel helped plan out the trip. Location was amazing, room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again

Large room for 5 adults. Not huge but spacious enough. Bathroom well sized and shower was great by European standards. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Take advantage of their offer to arrange rides and tours. Location perfect for the big sights like Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace. Lots of restraints within easy walking. Definitely would stay again.

Hotel is located at the heart of Sultanahmet. Hotel staffs are great and helpful. They have excellent breakfast every morning. Only few issues to point out: the images are a bot exaggerated. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the images. The hotel is located in the narrow streets of Sultanahmet and so the outside images are both exaggerated too. They don’t have power backup and we experienced multiple power outages during our stay. I am not sure if these were one-off or regular incidents throughout the year.

The staff is really nice and helpful. They are also very accommodating as we were fasting for Ramadan. They wrapped our breakfast and kept it in their kitchen and allowed us to use the microwave whenever we needed. They also booked our tours. The hotel is in a very convenient location right near SultanAhmet and the tourist attractions. The rooms are very small and there is no elevator.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was great and the staff was the best part of the whole experience. Ece is an absolutely amazing GM and really made our stay feel like a home away from home. They made my GF’s bday extra special the morning of and really set us up for a beautiful day. We are definitely looking forward to visiting them again one day as we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Excellent stay in Istanbul - a beautiful small hotel tucked away but close to everything. Didn’t have an elevator but they helped keep all our luggage for us - service and staff were super helpful, great English and breakfast on rooftop with view was spectacular! Again hotel owner and staff were incredible with an early check and help with bags.
