There was no bath mat in the bathroom, we asked for one, they did not use any but gave us a towel to step on while you exit the shower. There was no upper sheet on our bed, but since the housekeeping supplies were next to our room, we helped ourselves to one. We wondered about the insulation, since we could hear every faucet, every toilet being flushed in the other rooms. The mattress would need replacing, I kept rolling towards my husband's part of the bed.
