I enjoyed my stays at ADA Karakoy. The front desk guys were very helpful and housekeeping was great as well. The location ,for me , was very convenient with easy access to ferries , trams, tünel, and buses. I would stay again!

The Ada Karakoy was a nice clean place to stay. It is conveniently located near public transportation. The rooms are generously sized and clean. The concierge were very helpful, honest and friendly. I would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others

Customer service was excellent, room was very small but area that the hotel is in was really good, close to the water and tram station, so it was easy to get around. Masjid right beside the hotel, so I could hear the athan in the morning which was really nice. Ask the front desk for any reccomendations for shopping! Thanks for a great stay!

Overall, I would describe this hotel as “functional”. Clean, simple, and close to Eminonu for easy walking. Rooms are small, even for a “deluxe”. Only issue was shower not draining at all… had to take quick 60 second showers. If you’re looking for a quiet and reasonable hotel that is close to everything, then this should serve you well.

Great Location! close to all attarctions nice restaurants on bosphorus, the galata port and Galata tower. walkable distance to most of tourists attractions. Hope on hope off bus at 1min walk from hotel. Nice room size with central AC/Heating clean and nice staff. The only thing I did not like is you can hear ppl in corridors and water loudly when neighbors are showring! Good price/quality ratio, I would stay there again! thanks

The Hotel is welcoming and offers very good, no frills accommodation. No bar or breakfast options but close to many establishments so you are spoilt for choice. The bedding and towels were excellent. Would have rated higher but our fridge didn't work, neither did the bathroom extractor and the window was hard to close. Despite the central location, close to the waterfront in Karakoy, it was very quiet. Daily housekeeping even over a public holiday. Helpful reception staff who made recommendations when asked and sorted our airport taxi. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely stay at Ada Hotel. The room was very clean, had everything I required. It was also very assessable to the areas I wanted to explore. The staff were lovely. I really enjoyed the company of Sener and had many a conversation about life, what was going on in the world, general chit chat. He also provided me with lovely things to do locally (museums, restaurants etc). He really made my stay most enjoyable. I would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone. Lovely hotel with super comfortable bed and helpful staff. They really go the extra mile to make sure we felt welcome, even surprising me with a birthday cake in the room. It was so kind that it left me speechless. The receptionists are so polite and friendly. One of them even lent us his transport card after the machine swallowed our last Turkish lira bills. The area surrounding the hotel, I dare say, is one of the coolest in town, with narrow streets full of charming bars and restaurants. It’s also a short walk from the main attractions on the other side of the bridge. Great in all senses!!!

We enjoyed three nights at the Ada Karakoy. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable with a window looking out toward the water. The 6th floor glass-enclosed terrace is a nice space for reading and relaxing with a lovely view and we went up every morning for coffee and reading. Fortunately one of the staff showed us how to shift the windows to take advantage of a light breeze - otherwise the space can get quite hot in the summer sun. We were usually the only people there. All of the staff we encountered at Ada Karakoy were friendly and helpful. We got wonderful recommendations every night for nice restaurants within reasonable walking distances. The hotel staff helped with reservations and one evening the restaurant sent an employee to the hotel to walk us to the restaurant- Rafikoli - so that we wouldn't miss the turn, slightly off the main street! We loved the Karakoy neighborhood - tourist-friendly without being too touristy - in easy walking distance to Galata Bridge, the Tower and other sights.

Hotel room was very clean and bed was VERY comfortable. Rooms are small but you visit Karakoy to walk around town, not to stay in your room. Great, friendly service and BY FAR, the best location in Karakoy, you can walk easily all over, including a brief walk across the bridge. The hotel is beautiful and a very good value.

A homelike hotel

The hotel is in the center of the Asian part of Istanbul and is close to everything. In contrast to some big brand hotels which are professional but kind of intimidating. The staff has excellent service to make you feel like you live in a family hotel. This is the best part I enjoy about this hotel.
