Comfortable but very expensive. We had room 21 which can be connected to the room next to it by a simple door, and we could hear the TV very loud from our neighbours all evening and the morning again (at 250 £ a night, without breakfast...).

This is an excellent Hotel. We felt that they had not promoted the Hotel enough on their website. The Bar and restaurant food is exceptional. And the views from the lounge/ bar area are stunning.

Lovely stay and enjoyed the spa facilities. We ate in the bar area as we had our dog and the staff were very welcoming. The Mull scallops were delicious as was the whisky and marmalade ice cream. Great dog walking area with interesting wood carvings on the route. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Lovely room with fantastic views. Really enjoyed the spa. Bed a bit too soft, but great to have bathrobes included. Restaurant pricey but mains were good. Disappointed by desserts. Awful experience in the Sea Deck bar - service was dreadful and food mediocre. Most tables at knee level so not ideal for dining. Breakfast decent but nothing special - buffet only. Apart from the service in the bar, staff were great and we enjoyed our stay

We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. Only downside was the pool wasn't open as there was a problem with the heating of the water, but I think that was nearly fixed as we left. Spa was open though, although we didn't use it that looks lovely - outside sauna/hot tub. Would definitely return if we visit Mull again.

Our room was spacious and was cleaned thoroughly every day whilst we were there.Staff were all helpful and all appeared to know their job role and responsibilities.Breakfast was initially from a menu but was changed to a buffet on our last two mornings.Both ways were fine and there was a very good choice of hot and cold food. The bar was well stocked and staff were pleasant and attentive. We ate in the bar each night and the food was very good with several choices and priced very reasonably. The hotel was close to the beach and was accessed by a board walk which we used.The hotel had a pool and spa which we did not use as we went out sightseeing each day. The view from the hotel was stunning too.

The room was the modest hotel room I’ve ever had. The bed was amazing, the bathroom was huge with separate shower and bathtub! The closet at the entrance was HUGE! Big enough for all our luggage and outerwear and then some!

Fantastic, overall. Convenient location; fantastic room (even if a bit of a walk). Our only complaints are relatively minor. There was an issue with the heating in the pool while we were there, which did put a bit of a damper on that side of things. Perhaps a small discount would have been appropriate in that circumstance. The other was that we felt pressured to commit to buying the breakfast when checking in in order to receive the discount. Ultimately, this meant that there were 2 days we would have ended up getting breakfast at the hotel but did not due to the higher price. Oh well. Apart from that, top notch.
