Our entire stay was an absolute delight. Stuart at the desk was very helpful with pre-registering us as we arrived earlier than the check in time. We were able to use the pool In the meantime where we ordered food and drinks. The rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfy. They even accommodated a 12pm check out for us. Thank you Islander staff for making this an enjoyable stay for me and my family!

Great property with an amazing concept, especially in an area where there aren’t many high-end properties offering this style and experience. The facilities are excellent, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. My only negative feedback is that a few members of staff were constantly on their phones watching clips and videos, often with the volume turned up. We found this quite annoying, particularly when trying to relax quietly by the pool. It would be great if staff could be reminded to use headphones or keep phone use to a minimum in guest relaxation areas. Room maintaince could also be better.

An absolutely beautiful gem tucked in Islamorada. The resort offers so much for a family or couple. This was a family getaway and everyone including young children to teenagers enjoyed the various activities on the grounds. There is bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, beach, swimming pools, pickle ball, mini golf, volleyball and s'mores making to name some activities. Danielle was the best employee at the pool side and made our stay enjoyable by being so attentive to my family. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The resort met all of our needs and allowed us some good R&R. We'll be back soon!

We had 3 rooms. The property was awesome and the staff even better. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is in one room the toilet was not working. Maintenance said it was fixed but, it wasn’t so we had to leave the lid off and fill it with water to flush. In the same room there was some kind of flying ant that bit. They did give us one nights resort credit. Wanted to give a shout out to Jada, Marvin, Jevaughn & the really sweet server we had for our last breakfast. I didn’t get her name but, she was excellent. She had on really cute socks. Hopefully that helps her get the credit she deserves! Overall, a really great experience!! Would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely beautiful property, clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and there was lots of complimentary activities for the whole family. 10/10 we will absolutely be back.
